At The Stationery Hub, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new supplies, whether you’ve ordered a pack of Tempo Fibretip Markers or a Piano 900 Special Edition Pen. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help you resolve it quickly.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within the specified period from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items such as the Dollar My Pencil Wow! set or XiaoHue Infinite Pencils must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, including items like the Fairy Stickers or Dream Space Paint Sets.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged—for example, a cracked TRU Bahadur Sharpener or a leaking Dollar SP-10 Fountain Pen—please follow these steps:
- Inspection: Check your items, such as the Zigzag Scissors, immediately upon arrival.
- Documentation: Take a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Notification: Contact our support team immediately to arrange a replacement for your Guai Guai Bear 2-in-1 Combo or other faulty goods.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened:
- Personalized Items: Any custom-ordered stationery.
- Clearance Items: Products purchased during final sale events, such as certain Yalong Triangular Erasers or Dux Sharpeners.
Refund Process
- Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned ORO Trimetal Pencils or Highlighters, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
- Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items like the Art Tool Set unless the return is due to our error.
- Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
